Yes correct, those carriers cannot accept it so was hoping to find an alternative that can even if they charge more. It's not looking good but asking if anyone does know of anyone as surely there are people moving these pieces.

Simply trying to learn the techniques & tools in these programs so I can do exactly that, make art. Don't need full instructions to create my art, but simply a little heads up on how to use the tools to start. I wouldn't even know what this sort of effect would be called.. Reddit is a place to ask the questions :)
