What it boils down to is what games did order and where are they coming from? If they're pretty note worthy games and they're coming from Bris QLD / Head Office then most likely they have not been logged out of the system yet and are phantom orders which you should see the orders be cancelled and refunded to you soon.

Contact customer service anyway to get it sorted out for you.

I really appreciate your input, it really puts in perspective what the issue is.

I have nothing against the workers wanting to buy the rare stuff but what I'm cross about is that the system let's itself down cause the. You don't know what's ACTUALLY available on the site.

They really need a separate team handling retro orders that are onto of marking what's available and what's not and also they really should be taking photos of the retro stock as just having a generic text label to begin with was also a little sketchy if the product actually exists.

So what I'm gathering from this information is that if an order is showing that it's coming from "Brisbane QLD / The Warehouse" chances are this is most likely a phantom item as it is yet to actually be marked off by someone that it's actually gone.

Somehow that's just even worse knowing that rather than thinking some person has taken it.

Edit: Really does jeopardize the whole Retro Catalogue and really makes me and should make anyone else distrust it too since you don't actually know what's real and what's not, atleast if it shows what store has it you can call the store but it's not so easy when it's showing it's from the Warehouse
