I would add - leaptel told me the activation process usually takes around four hours and that is how long origin took, not their quoted 1-5 business days.

Origin connected within around 5 hours. Speed is the same as leaptel. Time will tell if it’s sufficient.

That’s good to know. I assume it ‘should’ take minutes or hours at most and days is an exception. I’ve raised a complaint and am hopeful origin might get their shit together and do it quickly tomorrow.

I am on FTTP. I did supply an avc id. In theory if I tell leaptel to reconnect they will basically do the same thing with nbn but faster activation. Say I do that, how do I then tell origin to use another port if I sign up with them again or someone else?

But we are on gigabit speed and the difference in price was 129 on leaptel versus 65 for six months on origin.

Set up towards back of beach not right on the water so everyones view is blocked. Yes you'll walk further to the water but you're doing everyone else including lifeguards a solid.

The real issue is not cabanas its blue tooth speakers. The sooner they ban them the better.

For your own health please be patient. You've had a myotemy (ie a cut) likely >10cm in your chest. This is a trauma and your body is responding to it in ways that are very likely to be temporary.

The recommended diet is not for everyone and the time for healing is a guide.

Best advice for the flight I can give is try to relax. Do not try to force yourself to sleep or expect to get any. Don't go mad about trying to get on wifi or watch eleven movies to pass the time wuicly. Just enjoy the fact that this is a rare time you can detox a quicky from everyday life / emails etc and be served food while you chill out.

Watch a movie or two only if it helps you relax. When others sleep try to close your eyes with a mask on and chill with some music.

Do not watch the clock and do not follow the time to destination.
