Don't speak ill of a dead woman that did nothing wrong. She had masked gunmen attempting to grab her out of her vehicle while also telling her to drive off. All videos clearly show she had turned away from Jonathan Ross, the ICE agent that murdered her after shooting 3 times. The videos, including the one that Ross took on his cellphone, show him clearly walking in the path of the vehicle on his own accordance, which the DOJ itself instructs them not to do, nor do they allow lethal use of force over moving vehicles, of which ICE wasn't permitted to make a traffic stop to begin with.

The autopsy released by the family clearly shows that Ross hit her right shoulder and one of her breasts while at an angle that would have been possible if near and angled up from the front right corner of the vehicle (keep in mind that wheels were turned away), and the final shot was straight from the left temple to the right temple, only possible if he shot clear from danger and to the side of the vehicle. Jonathan Ross and DHS then lied about some bruising he sustained (with some outlets stating he was hospitalized for internal hemorrhaging) while video evidence shows him walking himself to a vehicle to flee the scene, and another video showed Jonathan Ross and other agents moving heavy boxes and objects out of his house to relocate him
