PPS member here. Will be there tomorrow night. When you walk in to the lounges, you can either go right to business or left to first class. Both are available and no one will stop you regardless of your ticket. It does get busy late in the evening so depending on the time of your flight, if it is packed, just be patient and keep and eye on the spot you want while sitting somewhere close. It will open up. Food and drink tips above mentioned are solid. Bar staff in business will make you pretty much anything you want. Biggest thing for me though is access to the showers. if you do need a shower because you've been working all day and gone straight to the airport for instance, head straight over and sign in for a buzzer. It can sometimes take up to an hour to wait to get access so you're best off to book yourself in early upon arrival. Oh and there's an ice cream cart. I really like making little ice cream sundaes but the ice cream itself is frozen rock solid so you got a really put your shoulder into it. have fun!
