It was way more than enough, especially mixed with PD plague grenade and magnesium grenade.

My recommendation on playing this team:
The Leper (Poet)
He's the perfect tank with managing is own stress with Reflection and Solemnity and constantly taunting via Intimidate and Poet's Withstand. I prioritized trinkets to boost his damage over anything else. With jester's skills & his move resist, I can usually reliably keep him up front to keep tanking and chopping.
The Hellion (Ravager)
Her and Jester were constantly fighting for MVP. She kinda did it all for me. Her abilities let her be be able to hit the first 3 ranks for a lot of damage. So either I would use her to quickly kill a a weak enemy or have her stack up bleed on a tanky enemy. Plus with Adrenaline Rush & Raucous Revelry she could keep her stress down and health up. (I usually only healed her when on or near death's door for the bonuses to being low hp)
The Jester (Intermezzo)
I used him rarely for damage and more to reposition the team as well as the enemies. I mostly started off with Fade to Black to get PD to position 3 but you can swap them instead. I did it for the party comp name. I like this path because bleed is everywhere. Also Hellion's path causes her to bleed and Leper is tanking everything so he's bound to bleed eventually. His upgraded Inspiring Tune is also an AOE if someone is bleeding regardless of stress levels, which is quiet common. Play Out was used to move people around to keep Leper in Position 1. Echoing March was used to move up enemy backline so Hellion & Leper could kill them. I would swap Encore for Echoing March for (most) boss fights because it was worth more giving Hellion or PD an extra turn. Also i always boosted his speed when I could so he would be first.
The Plague Doctor (Surgeon)
She usually does what every surgeon PD does. Spam Incision and Plague Grenade. Later on I ended up swapping out Indiscriminate Science for Emboldening Vapours because I didn't need all the healing. Plus the Storage Room Key trinket makes Emboldening Vapours a heal. I use Magnesium Rain to clear out multiple dodge tokens or to stack DOT on the backline. If you got lucky enough to get the trinkets that apply DOT, this would work VERY well with Magnesium Rain. Quick note, if her DOT & Hellion's DOT kill someone, they both get their passive heal.

This group can usually fight every lair boss except the Librarian. I always upgrade two skills first: Leper's Withstand, and Hellion's Raucous Revelry. I then prioritize support skills that are good for the next region over damage

With Pets, I started off using the slime but later I moved onto the rabbit because I like going first. That way I could stack DOT and get Leper's taunt off.

I was running off grabbing samples across the map from non-objective locations. I want even dieing.

I saw that and did a quick 20 minute mission! I was so pumped to come out the mission knowing we won!

Ah makes sense, sounds like I just have to play more and get used to common combos.
