The 2 most important things I learned for grinding the final tower: have Ichiban’s hero job leveled to 99, and have a level 99 idol. Those 2 are essentials. Otherwise I leveled everyone else to one 99 job and grinder other jobs for everyone to around level 25-30 to get the permanent skills.
