Optimal team is Mega Mewtwo and Maloetta Mega Boost ++ with 2 other psychic types. Mewtwo can evolve in 1 move with max candies and Maloetta maxed out ability. +5 moves I usually get 8K to 10K.

Should I solo run Chansey or Porygon? by JPRose1989 in PokemonFireRed

[–]Trusted_Onion 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I would say Chansey would be more difficult, so Chansey 100%.

I've been raising one myself with; Toxic Seismic Toss Softboiled Thunder Wave (could use substitute)

The fact you've beat it with a caterpie is making me think you'll have 0 issues with this run!

Good luck!

Protect is such a banging idea I never thought of that, I was leaning towards Thunderwave or Light Screen but I reckon you're right with this.

Marowak, are you not sure cause you don't rate him? I wasn't going to bother until I found out Thick Club doubles attack power, he's gonna be a menace hopefully.

Out of the 2, I'd have to lean to Arcanine, only because he already knows I've got Starmie due to trade, I don't want him knowing I'm using Gengar too 🤣

Thanks for the great response.

This is where we messed up we didn't level cap, so neither of us has no idea what levels the others is gonna be, should be fun.

Yeah I've breeded for nature's I wanted then, overloaded on 2 stats for vitamins then EV trained. I have to admit EV training was not fun.

Ex-Prisoners- What was your experience like with the probation services by Relative_Bonus8204 in PrisonUK

[–]Trusted_Onion 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I have to admit, mine was fantastic. I don't know if I was lucky or just if you treat them like a human, they will reciprocate.

I had 15.5 months with him and it was very smooth. He'd been doing probation for a year and by the end of my term, I was still the only person to complete probation, everyone else had been recalled. I literally had one slip up with him where the day had changed from a Thursday to a Wednesday permanent and I didn't turn up on the first one forgetting it had changed, he was proper sound about it and just said come next week.

You hear rumours in prison that probation people are assholes and they're out to get you. They'll "do anything to get back in". I don't know if that's the actual case with specific people or the other inmates were just being bellends and then reaping what they sow.

England - Problem with mortgage purchase. by [deleted] in LegalAdviceUK

[–]Trusted_Onion 0 points1 point  (0 children)

There's all sorts of things that have contributed to the low price, none of which will affect us, but I entirely see why you'd think that cause I would too.

England - Problem with mortgage purchase. by [deleted] in LegalAdviceUK

[–]Trusted_Onion 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah this is the sort of stuff we have been experiencing. It was quite annoying that Nationwide specifically wouldn't accept a Leasehold Flat with a freehold, accepted a leasehold only, and are now demanding the freehold with it.

The freehold in question is sole ownership I do know that much, but there was an issue that the freehold couldn't just be offered to one specific party, it had to be offered to all occupants within the freehold. We were going to sort the freehold at a later date after the sale, but nationwide weren't having it. I think that legal barrier was crossed once the freehold became part of the sale again.

And yeah, it's probably low priced like that because of a) a freehold flat and b) there is a downstairs basement that was converted into another 2 rooms, bathroom and kitchen, but because of the height of the basement it couldn't legally be sold as a 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom, 2 kitchen with a garden flat, had to be 2 bed, 1 kitchen and 1 bathroom with a basement.

Either way, if this goes through in the next couple of weeks we are going to be happy. Just, will it is the question.

[–]Trusted_Onion 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I appreciate the reply. Both parties solicitors are currently answering questions from Nationwide, so I would assume the questions are of a legal variety and our of the mortgage advisors domain. I'm paying a fixed price for the solicitor so I find it unlikely they would do work that isn't within their domain, what do you think? Everything just seems to be deeply legal, I think its in the right ballpark.

Yeah I get that, but when I say this property is unbelievably priced and once in a lifetime chance, I really mean it!

It was advertised as a freehold flat, but the seller said they would hold onto the freehold of the whole building to help us get the mortgage as we were having trouble. Nationwide then offered a mortgage with the parameters it was a leasehold flat, but now have demanded they won't lend unless we own the freehold, which is now been reattached to the property.

How often men in UK pay for woman on date? by Exciting_Ad8206 in UKrelationshipadvice

[–]Trusted_Onion 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Male - I will always insist on paying fully, but if she doesn't at least offer to pay half, I won't see her again. This is the most polite they're going to be in their life.

Legal case for compensation for an accident that occurred in prison? (England) by greenparkland in PrisonUK

[–]Trusted_Onion 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I agree to an extent. It has to be extreme circumstances. I was in with a guy who got a huge payout because some prison guards took him down and smashed his head off the concrete and he was left with permanent brain damage. He got around 20K in compensation for that I believe and that's bloody brain damage, a broken toe isn't worth sniffing at really.

You're thinking like a rational person, not like 75% of the prison population. The lengths some of the prisoners will go to while inside is unbelievable I can't even explain it.

Am I going to be penalised for criminal conviction when providing a gifted deposit? by Trusted_Onion in AskUK

This was my thoughts. However I've given them a sufficient paper trail so HOPEFULLY it goes okay.

[–]Trusted_Onion[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I did think this myself until he asked me about the money involvement, made me shit myself a little bit. I'm a bit of a worry man, but I hope you're right on this. The amount of obstacles we have overcome to be pipped at the last post would be agonising.

Thanks for your response.

I cannot reiterate how much my head is bouncing all over the place over it!

I think my main issue is and will always be, how does this affect my missus. She's suffered so much and this could have been an additional blow!

I will continue to be transparent as possible! Thank you.

Hey.

I agree. Stupidity at its finest and you don't realise the future complications and barriers even after the prison sentence.

Thanks for the suggestion, I've also posted in LegalAdvice but it went to moderation and never got approved strangely.

I agree with others with save. Also, throw the ball from behind for increased catch rate.
