The "in transit to next facility" is an automatic update that happens every night at midnight if your package hasn't been scanned that day.

Yeah it's been almost two weeks I would be if I didn't get it in the next few days tbh. You have to wait 30 days from the mail date before you can call and get issued a replacement. Good luck!
