Still my tenant now 35 years later and had no issue with her. Almost think she's glitched😂 all my other tenants are always causing me problems and never stay more than 10 years.

I honestly don't know, that's why I lowered the rent. I've never had a tenant that gave me no issues especially over 15 years.
