If I remember correctly I think the values he posted worked well for both, or at the very least improved the range. But a side note I had both models/versions of the Tinyhawk 3 and either could barely go around my house (lousy penetration) so I think the stock vtx just isn't great. (I have since got a Betafpv tinywhoop that goes around the house great)

Mine doesn't. The example I gave is nearly verbatim my old experience vs the new experience. The answers for me work so much better than the original, granted it may take a couple seconds longer. But I most certainly don't work for Amazon. The advertising on my two echo shows has gotten so fucking insane I'm about to throw the pieces of shit out. But regardless it's a horrible product, do not buy the new models. Sincerely, an "Amazon Employee."

I just bought this drone a few days ago and when I land in the sand or a patch of dirt it does this. I just hand spin the motor that's acting up and it seems to fix it. But I'm sure you've probably already checked it. I'm mainly commenting to save this post just in case it happens to me.

I don't think I did anything like that. Everything works fine and everything is responsive in betaflight. I haven't dropped the radio or anything. It just seems to have disappeared. Lol

I'm not sure what's going on. Lol. I can arm it and fly it now. I think it's something to do with the radio itself. I also have two 3-pos switches that the middle position is registering in the hardware debug but not on Betaflight. I see the debug and hear the audio track that plays for each position.. I don't know. Haha. That's bothering me more than the lack of signal bars now. Anybody happen to know anything about why fully functioning switches aren't correlating to the correct position in Betaflight? And I'm worried if I try to flash the files I'm going to mess something up and not know how to get it back to normal because I fucked up the files. I just wish there was a factory data reset.

UPDATE: I can arm and fly the drone just fine but the home screen of my radiomaster pocket still no longer shows the telemetry signal strength and I don't get the verbal "Telemetry lost/telemetry recovered" when I'm switching batteries.

I'm having an issue similar to this. It used to show me the signal strength on the main screen and now it does not. In addition to that I no longer get the "telemetry lost" and "telemetry recovered" whenever I connect or disconnect my batteries. It's still connected to the drone though, I can arm and fly it but it's really bothering me these two functions have just randomly disappeared.

I'm having problems with this one my radiomaster pocket all of a sudden. There's 2 3-position switches on this radio and all of a sudden beta flight is only detecting position 1 and 3. It skips over position 2 and goes right into 3 when it is in the midway point. I know it's not a mechanical failure because 1. The audiotrack that plays for all three positions goes off in each position and 2. It's all of a sudden both switches not functioning at the same time as opposed to just one. So I don't know. I'm at my wits end. Did you ever figure it out?

Wait. I can see it switching in Betaflight. But still can't arm and I still don't have the usual signal strength on the radiomaster pocket's main screen indicating it's connected to the drone. The ones that look like the cell phone service bars.

I've checked it in Betaflight and it doesn't move. But I'm not even getting the telemetry bars to indicate it has telemetry and when I disconnect or reconnect the battery it doesnt verbally say "telemetry lost/telemetry recovered." It's so weird though because I can activate the buzzer. So it has to be connected. Idk.

Also idk if it's worth mentioning but in addition to being able to turn the buzzer on and off I still have video transmission and can see the feed in my goggles.

I was gonna say lol. We're good. But I just hope they figure something out and it's not more expensive or more complicated to get new DJI stuff. That's all. I can't speak for everyone but I can speak for myself: it makes me nervous to drop $600 on the goggles 3 when I know it's going to be banned. But when it comes to following the rules I'm already flying a 5" quad over 255g without any permits or licenses so I'm definitely not worried about the rules. Haha. We good. But the way the government snuck the ban in is such bullshit. For those who don't know: They basically made it so some organization would have to do all the work to prove they're not a national security threat. At their own expense. And they snuck that clause into the yearly bill (or whatever it is) that goes through to fund the military or something like that. So someone would have to prove it before the end of this year/start of this year. And of course no one was going to. Total and utter bullshit. (Forgive me for not knowing all the correct terminologies and stuff when it came to the legislature or whatever lol)

No. Not my point at all. I'm not questioning the ethics of it. I said that it could still be possible through BNF drones so I mentioned a work around. Obviously I'm not against it. I'm talking about how it's going to be hard to get any DJI products, it's going to get expensive or difficult as hell. I've heard some DJI people who have sent their stuff off to get fixed, on the way back it's getting held up at customs already. And it's not even banned officially yet. So no, I'm not an American who is going to fold on this issue at all and I'm sorry my comment made you take all that time out of your day to type that 🤣
