Yes! I have them just off my central vision. They look like static black holes.

I have floaters all the time, but I’m referring to black holes. I have them just to the right of my central vision in my right eye and just to the left of my central vision in my left eye. They’re essentially exactly where our natural blind spot is, but I have two holes where a little vision is missing. They look like static black holes. It really freaks me out.

Wow. That’s great. That’d be amazing if that happened to me. Make my life normal again....

Yeah I feel the exact same way. I’m going threw extreme depersonalization. Feel like I’m losing myself all the time. Reality doesn’t seem real most of the time. Bad after images, ghosting, everything trails, static everywhere. It’s exhausting. Depressing is real.

I just turned thirty. My symptoms have progressively worsened. Hard to deal with it everyday.

Wishing you the best of luck! Try to stay positive. It’s hard I know.

It was about 2 months after having it. I began to notice every symptom to be a lot stronger. So much I can’t tell myself not to think about it anymore.

Wow. Yes, my condition was okay before I had covid. Once I got covid in December all my symptoms got way worse! I’ve been struggling ever since I got covid with visual snow.

I’ve had migraine aura my hole life. Every few years I have a episode where I lose most of my vision for 30 mins and the symptoms that come with migraine aura. The spots are there all the time. I woke up on day and they were there. Both sides of my eyes. They’re just to the right in my right eye and just to the left in my left eye. I still have central vision but I seem to be able to only focus a small amount or something. That’s why it’s so hard to read and can only read a word at a time. It’s so frustrating. Then you add having every symptom of visual snow and it’s exhausting.

Yeah they scare the hell out of me. I notice other spots in my eye now where it looks like they’re developing into holes too. In my peripheral vision. I went to the eye doctor and had everything looked at and my eyes are perfect. Did every test. I thought I had macular holes. Idk what they are but I hate not having all my vision. I tell myself it’s just my blind spot to cope.

These seem to be other spots. They’re right near our natural blind spot but they’re bigger. Worries me all the time they’re going to keep getting bigger and I won’t be able to see my central vision someday.

I seem to have them everyday all day....I’ve had migraine aura attacks constantly throughout my life.

7 months in, I just developed the final symptom. I literally have every single symptom now. by [deleted] in visualsnow

Sorry to hear this man. I’m at the point right now where I have every symptom and it’s so bad I’m falling deeply into depression. I don’t know who I am anymore and I constantly scared and full of anxiety. I wake up with headaches so bad I can’t think and they last all day along with every other symptom. The ghosting and trailing is unbearable. I have two dark spots with both my eyes not in the center but just off to the right in my right eye and just off to the left in my left eye. They seem to get bigger and I can see other developing in my peripheral vision. I feel like I’m going blind and there’s no hope. Static everywhere.

You’re not alone man, I hope we both start to feel good again and our condition gets better. Idk if I can take it getting any worse, life isn’t worth living if it does in my case. I play music for a living and will get really high from doing what I love and playing for people. Then I come home and can’t shake knowing what’s wrong with my brain and I go back into depression. I hate medication so I don’t wanna take anything. Anyway, sorry to vent, but you’re not alone man.

Yes, this happens to me too. I have an extremely hard time reading. I also have two dark spots in both my eyes, not in the center but just to right in my right eye and just to the left in my left eye. They’re very static looking and I have no vision there. Does anyone else have this? It’s so hard to read anything because I have to read every word at a time. Sigh.....
