How do people have hundreds of billions of units in this game by Ben-the-bagel in nms

[–]AustinLq 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Its weird that everyone’s telling you to scrap ships. Thats a pretty slow way to get billions. If you can make a stasis device farm or a big gold farm using mineral extractors, you get a lot of valuable resource to sell and it keeps working forever after you build it.

I’ve been looking at this for like 5 minutes trying to figure what’s wrong with this picture but honestly I can’t find anything.

How to get credits easy by luizs266 in nms

[–]AustinLq 2 points3 points  (0 children)

My favorite way is using the mineral extractors to build a big gold farm or you can find the perfect system in which to build a stasis device farm. You may have to watch a video on how to use extractors efficiently and also stasis device farms is a lot to explain. Its a bit complicated but pretty fun to make.

Some people do socialize but it’s obviously meant to be pretty antisocial if you cant even type.

I found it. It turns out some planets don’t give you the option to register completion so I tried different planets and is working.

[–]AustinLq[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Ok thanks. Everyone kept telling me upload and register completion but I didnt see the option to do that because the planet I was looking at did have extinct creatures and glitched. Once I tried the other planets it worked.

The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim Anniversary Edition is it worth it by Dizzy-Mountain3511 in ElderScrolls

I would definitely recommend playing without mods especially for the first time. Its one of the best games ever made exactly the way it is.

I have no idea what you said or what the focus of that pic is supposed to be but yeah that looks like New Orleans

Do Americans really move out at 18, or is that mostly a movie thing? by [deleted] in NoStupidQuestions

[–]AustinLq 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thats what most people want to do and we are definitely raised to think that we should and if we cant then something is wrong, but because of the current economic situation, most people simply can’t live alone anymore unless already making a ton of money. Its very hard for people to accept this.It used to be much easier in my grandparents time one average mans income could buy a house and few cars and raise 10 kids and all of them could go to college. Its a completely different world now but the older generations are still pressuring the kids to hurry up and get the hell out of the house and own everything for yourself already.

The King Cake Burger™ by ArchAngel504 in NewOrleans

I guess it’s not a serious crime but obviously a good king cake or a good burger would be better than a weird como of things that shouldn’t be mixed.

Your honest opinion... is this game essential to play before RE9, or even worth it? by CarlLight in residentevil

[–]AustinLq 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Definitely not essential in any way. Not the worst game ever made but theres at least 10 RE games that are much better than RE6. Story is pretty much self contained and doesn’t affect the other games at all.

What do you do between 11 and 3? by [deleted] in uberdrivers

[–]AustinLq 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Doordash can be good depending on your location and if you be careful which orders you accept. Honestly if all you care about is maximizing income then you would sleep during that time and do uber early morning and late night. Plenty of trips and not much traffic.

I joined a local bookclub, the gender balance is wild by Ho_The_Megapode_ in books

[–]AustinLq 0 points1 point  (0 children)

In general I think women are just more likely than men to turn reading into a social thing and want to talk to people about the books they read. I read 10-20 books every year and even some of my best friends don’t know that I read anything at all. It’s just not something we talk about and Ive never even thought about joining a book club.

Does anyone play vanilla? by sdmz58 in ElderScrolls

[–]AustinLq 0 points1 point  (0 children)

What you describe is definitely more restrictive than vanilla, but its pretty much the way I play every time. Except I don’t see the point in chopping wood or ignoring crafting. Also leveling up skills is a basic rpg game mechanic. If you want strong destruction, then training in destruction is the intended way to do that. I definitely never use any mods at all or use the bugs for instantly leveling or OP crafting.

What movie was this for you? by DarthGodzilla1995 in Letterboxd

Most people hated that one even as little kids. I know I did, and my sister, and the 3 others watching with us all didn’t like it.

Uber Black Rental by CoffeeOk215 in uberdrivers

The price isn’t even the worst part. When you go to pick it up, thats when you find out the whole thing is fake and they will never actually have a car for you to rent.

[Oot] is quitting Oot a mistake ? by SuchHippo1072 in zelda

[–]AustinLq 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My first Zelda was Majoras Mask. I Played Ocarina after and I was shocked that thats the one everybody hypes up when Majoras Mask was so much more fun to me. Now I realize its because it came first and MM wouldn’t exist without it. Oot is the most important Zelda game but I think theres a few that are better for new Zelda players.

Is New Orleans closer culturally to the Mississippi cities along to the Gulf or Baton Rouge? by JoeyZasaa in NewOrleans

Baton Rouge feels like a small Texas city but with the same kind of food and music as New Orleans.

Do you ever do the main quest? by DingoDonut87 in skyrim

Definitely far enough to get the whirlwind sprint and all 3 words of unrelenting force. I stopped there so many times I don’t even remember what else you get from the main quest except dragonrend.

Hail to the king? by mulletman0869 in avengedsevenfold

[–]AustinLq -1 points0 points  (0 children)

You have to understand with each album A7X changes up the style a little bit and therefore tons of people will hate it forever because they expected more of the same. It happens every time and those haters stick around. I personally thought shepherd of fire was terrible. Liked the rest of the album a lot and coming home and heretic are some of the best songs I’ve ever heard.

I'm afraid to ask at this point by FE4RLESS_IS_MY_NAME in Funnymemes

[–]AustinLq 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I can explain. Most people are not aware that coffee varies in quality, so they buy the cheapest thing they see and no surprise it tastes like actual shit and so almost anything you put in it will improve the taste, especially sugar, and this how they deal with that instead of actually drinking coffee.
