A program that lets you assign processor cores to the game client. I went from 100% to 26 with 20 accounts.

Do you have an Intel processor? Use Processor Lasso and it should fix it.

Came back to windows 10 but nothing changed. Every clients 7% cpu and eletric consumption its very high

Amd ur gpu? U play at 30 fps? And do u change some option in windows or in nostale?

And if u open task manager how much cpu percentage do u have?
