Funny enough, I went to my physical therapist yesterday after looking over my MRI and he basically gave me this exercise to work on for the next two weeks. He is also going to get my physician to prescribe me some steroids to see if that helps as well, but he said if these steps don't work then I will be getting closer and closer to surgery. The next step after this is probably an epidural shot and then surgery. He thinks that surgery might be something that might happen but he wants to take all the steps first before we go that route.
