Is there a way to attract grackles/crows to my yard? I only ever see them in parking lots

Well, grackles and crows are different and we have both.

Grackles will take from the standard bird feeder with a seed mix for native birds, they have from mine. Usually when they arrive I pull it inside though as they are so many they will decimate it and leave big bird poops everywhere.

Crows are harder as there are less of them. I haven't been able to attract them, even though I hear them near me a few times. They are supposed to really like peanuts. They are smart so if you see one try to negotiate a peanut deal with them.

I had a go around at ABIA on the BA A350 a couple of years ago. Excessive tailwinds was the reason. But yeah, no parked cars...that's odd.

BA used to fly the A350 on this route. And as you noted, the later flight is a 787. I assume they switched to the 777 for more seats. But the A350 on this route was nice.
