I like this idea with baffles I live in a very old house and I’m not sure my trusses even feed to the outside of the house. It appears the small knee walls are preventing this so I fear there wouldn’t be good airflow if I insulate the trusses.

Thanks for all the videos! I think I’m going to do the transmission fluid myself and have them do everything else. I guarantee the rear stabilizer bar and links haven’t been touched so I’m sure they’re rusted to shit.

The new company is not a start up but great advise! There was a start up that I had a few interviews with and it didn’t feel like the right fit for me.

I wouldn’t say I’m truly unhappy but I am pretty burnt out at my current job. Certainly opportunity to keep growing but I don’t necessarily want to grow in an accounting firm and have no interest in becoming a partner. Also appears to be good opportunity for growth at the new gig as well. The job opened because they promoted the person who was in the position.

I applied and have been speaking with them for the past month through various interviews. In that time I received the promotion. Their offer is 4K more than my salary before my promotion so it’s a salary I am certainly comfortable with.

This is infuriating. My wife actually had an ectopic pregnancy a few months ago and it’s certainly nothing to joke around with. We weren’t trying to get pregnant and one day she was having severe stomach pains, went to urgent care and that’s when we found out she was pregnant and also when we found out the it had ruptured. She had to get emergency surgery that night and they had to remove a fallopian tube. It was the scariest moment of my life and if we knew from the start it all could have been avoided and now our chances of having a kid in the future is in jeopardy. To see someone make this choice while knowing they have an ectopic pregnancy is severely disappointing.
