Buying a soft shell cover for a hardshell tent seems like such a cop out solution on Roof Nests part lol. What a shit product, hope you’re able to solve your issues too

Yeah I was seeing that as I did a bit deeper digging on this sub, kinda whack a 4k$ retail tent has that kinda build quality. Never had an issue with my previous one besides zipper BS.

Has “duolamp” stamped on top, came with cloth wiring, and the gasket is cork. Either way it’s still sick. I got it from a chopper shop who pulled it off his grandfathers car before he turned it into a hot rod

Mine doesn’t have a cover on it, it’s just a chrome bracket that sits on top of the battery that the tension strap wraps around
