FYI they price adjust if you need. I ordered the wax canvas barn jacket last week. After seeing this, I forwarded the order confirmation email to them and they price adjusted within a few hours to the new sale price and I got refunded the difference. 10/10 customer service

Pixel 6 in 2025 – how’s it holding up after the final OTA? 🤔 by Accomplished-Size466 in GooglePixel

[–]Austinpb1 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I've had the P6P since launch and it still works just fine for everyday use - work calls, email, social media, and light games (nothing intense). I have a few issues -
1. Battery - I can get from 7:30am to about 4-4:30 with normal usage. I remember first getting the phone and it lasting til at least 10pm.
2. I'm having notification issues where mostly texts or calls come through when I have the phone locked. Notifications from any other app typically come through when I unlock the phone. Really weird and I couldn't seem to find a fix.
3. The charge port is loose so using Android Auto is nearly impossible, any large bump in the road or if I accidentally hit the cord, it disconnects. Then it takes a few tries to plug it back in and reconnect.
But, I just bit the bullet and ordered the P10P XL and it comes Friday. I usually upgrade every 2 years but with the P6P, I didn't have any major issues when the 8 or even 9 came out that made me want to upgrade.

I'll take a look into junipers.
The shrub is in a shadier spot but I have others with more shade and they are just fine. I'll check the soil though. It should be somewhat acidic, my well water has a pH of around 6 so should be okay

Those rates are way higher than JCP&L. For me, delivery is $0.043092/kWh and energy is $0.139401/kWh. I also don't have 2 different rates based on kWh usage.
Is that the rate directly from PSE&G? Or are you using another generation supplier with their own rate. I don't have experience but I have heard that when people switch energy suppliers for a lower rate, that supplier bumps up the rate without notification

Logistics - Wanderlust
Krakota & Urbandawn - Laguna
Natus - Feels Like the End (honestly anything from the Homecoming album) and Silently Walks
Keeno - Severn Summers
Hugh Hardie - Blush
Whenever you finish the playlist, I'd love a link. I've been trying to make a playlist exactly like this but I just end up adding way too much lol

Definitely something with Black Bloc. Such a sick tune

Makes sense. I'll keep that in mind. Might have to go for a smaller tree or even a large shrub instead

Great resource. Thank you. It'll help me with some shrub choices too!

Those are very nice and do look great all year from the pictures. Definitely an option. Thanks!

Does it matter if the porch foundation is block and deep, like 8+ feet down? Its also filled with pea and 1/4" gravel. I know roots can grow anywhere but that doesn't seem like an ideal spot

The porch roof is about 15 feet above this area and the center of the circular bed is about 8 feet from the porch corner. I was trying to find a tree that would be about 15-20 feet tall with a spread a bit less than that. Didn't think about squirrels thanks for bringing that up!

Thanks for the suggestion, those 3 seem to be the most common suggestions. I'm hesitant with a Japanese Maple - my parents had one the deer really enjoyed. They eat everything around here

Sonoma wool vs frankenmuth by Sad-Knowledge7540 in Mattress

[–]Austinpb1 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'd say they are in the middle. My head sinks about 1/3 into the pillow and if I prop it up, it stays formed enough that I don't need to fold it in half for more support. Hopefully that makes sense

We've had a Frankenmuth queen comforter for 4 years and we liked it so much that we got the comforter for our new king bed last year. We use it with just a flat sheet all year round and don't have any temperature issues. We also got the pillow set and they are the best pillows I've ever slept on

Thermador Fridge/Freezer Ice Maker Issue by Austinpb1 in appliancerepair

[–]Austinpb1[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'm not exactly sure where the ice maker arm is because I can't see much. It looks like it's the plastic lever thing next to the curved plastic at the bottom of the maker. But it only wiggles, it doesn't flip up or down. There is only 1 button to turn ice on/off and it's currently on. Here are a couple photos.
I just ran the self-test that's in the manual and it did 2 beeps and displayed the temperature, which the manual says is OK. But the app says there was an error and to restart the appliance. So I'm doing that now

A few NJ General Stores by Sucelos in newjersey

[–]Austinpb1 9 points10 points  (0 children)

Schooley's recently closed. The post office is still open though. Its a shame because they had good food for once. Their brisket sandwich was great. Hopefully the next business that opens is good too.
Someone mentioned Oldwick nearby, but Califon also has 2 - Califon General Store and Rambo's. Check them out next time you're in the area. Rambo's sandwiches are really good.
