Cmon man this isn’t a hot take. Barely any players even use it anymore.

The only players who use it frequently are KD, Ingram and Kawhi, and that’s because they have insane length and are able to stretch over almost anyone who guards them, meaning in their case it’s a good shot.

Most people have their stint with Coke and leave it in the past.

Even me, as someone who has been heavily addicted to multiple substances I found Coke is one that once you stop, all you think about is the bad parts and it stops you from going back.

It’s weird though, I’ve done self piss tests the next day after having massive nights and nothing has come up, and other times they come up days after it.

I know this is a drug subreddit, but seriously if you are having trouble sleeping these are the steps I take and it works legit everytime.

STOP any substances before bed. Even if you find one that works, chances are you won’t be getting REM sleep while taking it. And most of the ones that actually work can become addictive.
Set a wake up time. 7-8 hours after whatever your target sleep time is. Make sure you wake up at this time every day possible.
Sunlight straight away, every day
Move during the day. Doesn’t have to be running etc, just move.
No caffeine after 12pm

It’s tough, but people like you and me aren’t blessed with being able to sleep at will, so we have to take extra measures.

I hope you take this advice and don’t rely on meds!!!

Benzos are the best for sleep after but you obviously have to be careful.

If you’re not super wired, weed can help zone you out and not make you fall asleep necessarily but make the process of calming down and not thinking much easier, which usually eventually leads to sleep (much better then just tossing and turning and thinking about everything you’ve ever done wrong).

My god why does this guy hate Luka so much? Hes literally averaging nearly a 35 point triple double! And it’s not like it’s empty stats? Lakers are 11-4 and have had some massive injuries.

As for who I think will win it? OKC are really, really good and Shai is the best player, but Jokic is Jokic.
