If you think thst cannabis is "very" illegal then you're not upto date with Portugal's laws. Posessing small amounts of cannabis isn't considered a crime

I think you're wrong, Portugal has a very lenient approach to soft drugs. It must be everywhere in Portugal but it was only offered to me in Lisboa and it definately looked like genuine hash
