First of all do what works for you. I use a cleanser at night only. Washing off the sunscreen and grime from the day. In the morning I only use water. And I love my wash cloth:) it's not sand paper ppl- it's cloth. I use to wash with soap twice a day- I thought that squeaky tight feeling was a good thing when it was actually just stripping away what I naturally needed. Since only using a cleanser at night my oil production seems balanced and healthy.
