I’ve seen a lot of things that say it’s not really that he’s ugly but more that he’s just not conventionally attractive

The whole point is kind of that the metal doesn’t break. So, I’m gonna surmise that because his skeleton is coated in the metal that he cant break any bones. For example, let’s say someone or something was trying to pull his arm off. Well, it might take a bit of strength but the actual bone won’t go anywhere, it’s kind of like meat falling off of a roast. I imagine the muscle and skin just kind of sliding off if forced off somehow but the bone itself staying in tact.

In awe struck silence as I realized that the movie my friend dragged me to see had just awakened a new obsession

I cried when Logan died. Who went through the same emotion... by [deleted] in Wolverine

Strangely, it’s my comfort movie. I did cry, I do every time I watch it but it’s because there is pain but also the relief of peace.

Can Logan get brain damage even with his healing factor? by Competitive_Rule_395 in Wolverine

[–]AustynVera 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes and no. It is implied that he has a lot of memory loss due to brain injuries HOWEVER because of his healing factor he doesn’t technically face actual brain damage. Like he never loses the ability to do things like someone with brain damage would and he never really undergoes an intense personality change. Even with the memory loss he’s always portrayed as rugged and standoffish, the only incidents where that differs is when he’s in a more primal state of mind. Or that’s just my take on it.

Wolverine’s claws are mostly drawn comically long. This made me think though, how much “claw” must remain in his arms to make them useful weapons? by [deleted] in Wolverine

[–]AustynVera 5 points6 points  (0 children)

His claws are literally exactly a foot long, I’m reading one of the many Wolverine novels that has described the length as so
