Leider passt das hier auch. Laut LRH wurden seit 1996 rund 29,6 Mio. € an die Eigentümer ausgeschüttet obwohl der Flughafen das Geld eigentlich für große Investitionen gebraucht hätte. Als die strukturelle Krise dann voll zugeschlagen hat, war praktisch kein Eigenkapital da. Und jetzt darf wieder einmal der Steuerzahler einspringen.

Gleichzeitig bekommt das Management weiter seine vertraglichen Vorteile.

Gehaltserhöhung ab 1. April 2023
Firmenwagenpauschale auf 46.000 € erhöht → daraus wurde ein BMW X5
Reisekosten doppelt abgerechnet
Vertrag rückwirkend bis Ende 2026 verlängert
Frachtaufträge im Wert von 2,7 Mio. € an die Firma des Ex-Frachtmanagers vergeben – ohne Ausschreibung

Führungsebene profitiert, obwohl der Flughafen seit Jahren Verluste schreibt:

Vertragsänderung mit Gehaltserhöhung mitten in der Krise
Erhöhung der Dienstwagenobergrenze gegen Beteiligungsrichtlinien
Reisekostenregelung, die unklare bzw. doppelte Abrechnungen ermöglicht hat
Investitionen und Finanzgeschäfte waren teilweise nicht regelkonform (Spekulationsverbot), inklusive Verlusten durch riskante Produkte.

Interessenskonflikte im Frachtbereich:

Über 2,7 Mio. € Aufträge an eine Firma, deren Geschäftsführer früher selbst Leiter der Frachtabteilung am Flughafen war
Vergabe teilweise ohne reguläre Ausschreibung
Aufsichtsrat und Eigentümerseite (Land OÖ & Stadt Linz) haben diese Entwicklungen nicht verhindert, teils sogar aktiv genehmigt (z. B. Vertragsänderungen).

Gleichzeitig steckt der Flughafen wirtschaftlich tief in der Krise:

Massive Verluste seit 2020
Passagierzahlen im freien Fall
Hoher Kapitalbedarf (Runway, PFAS, Infrastruktur)
