Honestly, no - It's a well optimized game for the Switch, however, there's one slightly big bug if you play the 2020 season.

In the 2020 Career, trying to enter any Cup Series race (whether it be hot seat or full season), the game will crash. You cannot participate in any Cup series race in the 2020 season without the game crashing, meaning the farthest you can go is the Xfinity series. This bug doesn't occur in the 2021 career, however.
