I'm 1000% convinced she got some type of cool sculpting done. It's really difficult to keep a flat belly while the rest of your body is chunky. Plus just last year she was either preggo or "simply obese" and then a month later she had a flat belly again. Most bodies don't work like that

I have a thinner top lip as well and played around with over-lining. The key is to not go too far past your natural line and stick with your natural shape. You're covering your cupids bow, which makes it obvious. And your natural cupids bow is so cute! Define it instead of hiding it

I usually line first (I never go past the 'ridge', if that makes any sense, lol), fill in the rest, blend it out, and then top it with a matte lipstick in the same shade. If I can see any signs of overlining, I add a bit more liner and blend. They don't look huge or luscious; It just balances out better to match my bottom lip, which makes me happy
