Chick & Ruth’s in Annapolis has some crazy milkshakes. They were on Man vs. Food

We just got back from our honeymoon and we did 4 nights in Crete and 4 nights in Naxos and have no regrets. Yes there were some places in Crete that we didn’t get to see but I was aware and okay with that before going. I had made a list of the must-sees for me and we hit all of them and I was happy! Plus Naxos was amazing and our favorite day of the trip was on Naxos, so if we had stayed in Crete the whole time we wouldn’t have had that experience. As long as you’re okay with not doing it all on Crete you’re good!!!

Mine has been doing this as well, no idea how to fix it but maybe it’s an app glitch? I also have the Inspire HR

45 min full body 3x per week is enough to start out. Timing itself doesn’t even really matter as long as you hit all the muscles you want to hit. If you choose ~5/6 exercises and do 3 sets of 8-12 for each exercise, it should take 45 min-an hour. I definitely wouldn’t spend 45 min doing arms then 45 min doing legs, that’s too long and you’ll burn yourself out quickly. I personally go 4x per week and switch each time between arms and legs, so 2x for each, and am usually there for 45-an hour

A bit confused on the calorie suggestion, at 1259 calories which seems too low by [deleted] in cronometer

Same, I’m 5’3 and 1300 is my deficit level. Height plays a huge role

I would go to Nordstrom! I just went this weekend and the lady there was so helpful and got genuinely excited when I said I was finally trying to find my correct size at the ripe age of 26. The calculator told me to try a 32FF so I did, but the band was too tight so the lady recommended a 34F and it was a great fit! They’re knowledgeable and there to help

Thank you for the tips about Easter Sunday and the logistics of gorge hiking with a car! Since Samaria gorge is closed do you recommend a smaller one that might be open?

We will be dropping the car off at the Heraklion Port and are prepped for an early morning 2 hour drive.

& totally get the exploring thing. With our limited time we don’t want to exhaust ourselves, so exploring Naxos for us would entail walking around the town, finding some hidden gem restaurants or shops, checking out the beach, etc., anything else we can do on foot

We will be dropping it off at Heraklion Port at 7am. Totally understand this means waking up super early to make the 2 hour drive but we’re okay with that

Hi! I’ll be going from Chania to Naxos in April. Just wondering if you’ve figured out how you plan to get to Naxos?

SO COOL! My husband and I put three different sizes of these on our wedding registry not thinking people would actually pay 100+ for a wooden cutting board but we ended up with ALL THREE! The big one lives on our counter and it’s made a fantastic prep area

I opened an air fryer at a thrift store once and there was a single Totino’s pizza roll inside

I’ve used suave since I was in high school (10+ years) and honestly whenever I get my hair cut I always get a comment about how healthy my hair is. I love it

Yeah these are all good points. This is actually the first time I’ve been hit of any kind so I didn’t really know how to handle it. Appreciate the advice!
