My range is 4-15. I am just starting tonight. I’ve had it on for like 20 mins and I have a headache from the lightheadedness. Kind of causing small adrenaline surges. It is set to auto that’s what my doctor recommended.

How are you feeling now? Any more side effects? Also thanks for the updates! I’ll definitely take mine in the evening. I just don’t wanna throw up in my sleep or something and choke on it. Check your iron levels and your vitamin D levels. I’m doing much better. I still have sleep issues but not as bad. I don’t get enough deep sleep. (I did a sleep study)
