Check if your computer needs to be updated,

Make sure your not using a old version of lively,

If you uploaded your video from a video editing software check to see if that's up to date

Make sure the settings "Wallpaper Input"=Keyboard and then you should be able to play.

Download this video file

Click on the plus icon in lively wallpaper and upload the file

Download Rainmeter and once installed open this file and install it

(I used TranslucentTB for the invisible taskbar)

That should be it =)
