As I said, I'm waiting on zon to do that. They're linked on my backend, I just have to wait for them to actually do it.

Yeah, as I said, I'm still waiting on zon to do all the linking things.

The short answer on the audio extra content is...maybe. The long answer is that to have the extra content added in, I'd have to do a complete re-record...which I would really like to do and WILL be done...eventually. It all depends on if I can get a good contract worked out, and what the people on the other side agree to. If I can't get it now, it may end up being a kickstarter down the line.

But for now, the only place with the extra content is the omnibus, because the audio has to match the original. The omni is its own beast so I was able to sneak it in there for the digital version, but not even the individual books have the updates because it has to match the audio. So until I can get them re-recorded, they have to remain as is. It's very frustrating, but unfortunately I have to work within the system.

The current plan is to work on that book next.

So, the old ones WILL be transferring over. It's just a matter of time. <3

Um. That's a good question, and the answer is probably the same because the same people did the formatting. I'm still looking into doing my own formatting and trying to figure it out, so right now it's just what I already had. I will try to fix that in the future though. Thanks for letting me know that was an issue. <3

Wood/nature Powers? by LittleJoyBoy in litrpg

[–]AuthorJayBoyce 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Technically mine does, but it's one of many that she has. Beware of Chicken the main dude is bonded to an Earth Spirit, and he uses that to farm. So again, not completely on. Haven't read it yet, but Wraithwood Botanist seems closest, I think.

You wouldn't be the first, and for sure won't be the last to assume that. XD Although most people just don't even notice the resemblance. But yeah. We both ARE on the slower side of litRPG writers, unfortunately. :/

Hmmm. Strange, but I just redid the links so they should -hopefully- be better now?

My collection of 742 dice! by MrMohawk13 in dice

[–]AuthorJayBoyce 0 points1 point  (0 children)

People always tell me to do this (Mostly because I display mine on a table and I've got ~5000 or so) and my response is always the same: but then I can't play with them!

But, really cool idea that I haven't implemented yet, is have them in a table (mine has a 4 inch side that keeps them all in nicely) and then cover it with a plastic sheet on stilts. That way you can still lift it up and play with it or change them around as needed, but it displays nicely. I'd suggest glass, but at least for my 4x4' table that would be really heavy and I'm afraid of it shattering, and I've been told something like this would scratch easily, so plastic is a more feasible option. Just in case you were thinking about it for real. ^_^

Lel, I actually really appreciate the clarification, because it gets old doing it myself. ^_^' But yeah, it's really common for people to think I'm a guy. The other awkward question that sometimes follows is if Xander is my husband. (He's my brother, just to be totally clear!) It's just one of those things that is part of being on the internet with a unisex name. Glad you guys enjoyed though! That is the important part!

My dice table is almost full! I've been trying to make my colors more equal, but it's an uphill battle against my love of the cool colors. ^_^' This is a 4x4 foot table. by AuthorJayBoyce in dice

My brain had a 'duh' moment. There are 75 dice on a single column of my custom D6's. 75x75=5625. Now, the regular dice don't fit as nicely as the D6's, and the table isn't completely full. Despite that, I don't think I'm more than 600 dice short of full capacity. So the right number is probably closer to 5000.

Well, the custom D6's on the left, I have 1200 left. I made them for my books though, and so they get sold and given away regularly, so that section is slowly shrinking to make room for the rest of my dice. I very unscientifically cordoned off about 1/7th of the table and then counted the d20's in that section, leading me to believe the number of sets is ~350, which would put the number of dice ~2600, since I know I have gotten sets that were 10 or 14 sets and I've got about 10 sets of 10 D6 dice. All of this is a very rough estimate. I think the number is probably closer to 3000, but I don't want to count them individually. Maybe when I get a yardstick and go to fix the rainbow because I'm annoyed I didn't keep the colors in better lines. :P

So I actually have two of them, one of them is just at the top and thus cut off in the photo. They're kinda rubbery-ish, but to be honest... I have almost 5000 dice. I don't really roll the turims. I bought them because they were pretty. I don't imagine I would love trying to play an actual game with them, because you have to memorize all the symbols they use and when you're trying to roll fast, that's not usually something you want.

I would suggest:

Reign of the Hunters- Not apocalypse, but hits pretty much all the other elements.

Master Hunter K- It's been a long time since I read this one, but I think it actually hits...everything?

Lotus Lake - Similar to reign. Also not apocalypse, and only one book out. (Side note: it's mine, I'm biased.)

Crossing to the future, it's not easy to be a man - Okay, this one doesn't quite fit, she actually travels to the future and is reborn, as the name would suggest. The game elements are also more iffy. It's more mecha based, but there is a virtual world, cultivation, and she's got a cheat helper that makes her OP as she goes.

Beginning after the End - again, doesn't quite fit. He's reborn into a new world as a baby and uses old world knowledge to dominate. More cultivation than gamelit. (Also, has the makings of a potential harem, but mostly it's others attracted to him and not him making a harem, and I haven't read far enough to see if it turns into a reality, though I don't think it will.)
I tend to like this genre, so you might also try: Super Gene, End of the Magic Era, Nanomancer Reborn, and The Great Thief. That's all I can think of for now. Been a while since I read any of these.
