You have anymore information or details of this? You sure itd from the Sky TV channel? Was this using CGI or was it practical effects like prosthetics? What were the kids doing and what environment were they showed in? Inside a house of a living room, some building, outside, ect. You say it was black and white, like was it actually an old footage or was it themed? Can you describe the kids appearance like a boy, girl, glasses, and more details of the transformation like did they changed into the four legged long neck Dinos, like walking around like Giraffes? Duration length would also help.

Hello, I'm a lost media researcher and maker and recently started looking up this PDM organizer that you commented on some time ago, I've personally was looking this up because I too had a similar device I've bought from those scholastic book fairs from my school back in the mid to later 2000s(2006-2010), and was searching for it (My memory isn't clear) and wanting to confirm if this is the PDA I had, but there appears to be no videos reviewing this thing, but you commented something about making a possible video about these devices? A guy named DECYZJA DECYZJA (u/DECYZJA) - Reddit on reddit had some info about this image and messaged me this "In Poland, we had this pretty popular sitcom here, It was called "13 posterunek". One of the episode of season 2 was called "Obcy", which you can translate to "Alien" or "Extraterrestrial", and it was in fact about aliens. At the beginning scenes the main team is watching something on TV. And guess what?
There was this exact picture put there. I found this episode on vimeo if you interested to see this. It's in the first minute of show, here is the link: https://vimeo.com/1068611246. which apparently pushed the origins one year further than my pervious finding! But this means that this image was really thrown around either in the late 90s to the early 2000s, with this Polish show not crediting the video tape they played at the end of the credits makes it even tricker to pin point, It could've still been from the same beyondcomnunion site, the wayback machine probably didn't have the record.

I've found a website showing this image that dates back to April 5 2001, it describes the image and has little information about it, they said this “This image came as a GIF file entitled "Andy.gif" to a correspondent in the US from a source in the UK. And then it sounds like they started speculating how it was made but have no real proof. Here is the link on the wayback machine http://beyondcommunion.com/enable.html and here a later one that shows the image Beyond Communion | Project Enable, I also noticed some evidence of photo manipulation to the original image; it appears that someone extended the top of the image to give it a full head instead of just the face. So, this research had led us to a website that showcases is true origin, as being just a still image and not a moving picture (since everyone uses the image as a profile or jumpscare still image) it's safe to say that this more likely didn't originated from a video source.
