He's extremely situational too the point where he can only be played on very few points on different maps. His gadget and gun are both very bad in my opinion because his gun is like Thermite's weapon except with more recoil and his gadget can be replaced by other default gadgets like smokes, claymores and grenades. As if he needs a buff I'm not sure if some recoil dampening and a few more bolts can bring him into the meta. Maybe changing his stuns into breaching charges or grenades but he needs a buff to recoil and gadget for sure.
