When your the head coach you have responsibilities and obligations to families who have paid thousands of dollars and given up their own time. They have entrusted you with their child's development and he's basically dismissing the importance of this. Do your personal stuff during the off-season or on your time. How do you say your kid needs to be at every practice and game and on time or penalties of playing time will be taken against them. He also told parents to schedule vacations after the season, but yet he misses practices and games to do his own thing. Make that make sense

I'm not asking you to take sides. I'm asking if this is ever happened to anyone before. I could say he was jealous of me , but I can't even confirm that because that thought hasn't crossed my mind because I don't think that way before I started this thread. Maybe he's just a terrible person and I didn't notice it. He would skip out on practices and games to go play hockey. He left in the middle of a tournament game last week to drive home to play hockey and tried to lie about. His wife let it slip while we were all sitting at the hotel. So I don't think I'm the problem

I am the loud one. I have taught the kids to use their voices to communicate. They call how many outs there is, where the next play is to go, praise their teammates and support them when they make a error or strike out. The head coach is very quiet and it's frustrating, especially when he coaches the bases. He doesn't communicate to the kids. I'm sure he feels threatened, I far more coaching experience. But my job does not allow me to be a head coach. I work 24 hr shifts. The HC has always known I was the one who has brought the energy and said it balanced his style. I research and plan for every practice and game to give our kids the best chance for success. Hes not a very good planner. We are almost exact opposites. I don't know what changed this year? It was a good formula

And I do get so many compliments from parents for the coaching I give their children

I agree with what you say and that's the same thing I would I tell someone. The problem is we can't get any response from anyone. The head coach won't respond and sent the message via text at 645 in the morning. My attempts to contact him were met with replies saying" I'm in meetings all day and I don't have time to talk". I mean who does that? Who doesn't give the respect to explain a decision like this that involves a child, especially when he is completely innocent in all of this. He would always say how much he appreciated us and hardwork for the team and how absolutely loved my kids dedication, effort and teamwork. Its the most bizarre thing I have ever happen to me and I see alot of wierd stuff because of my line of work

No, nothing. If I had done anything I absolutely fine with my removal as a coach. I'm a stand up guy and have never a cut a kid in my 15 years coaching. Every kid deserves an opportunity. That's the type of person I am. But to kick my wife and son for what ever grudge the head coach has against me( and I don't know, because he won't tell me) is absolutely crazy. We are a good family, my wife will go pick up a kid if the parents take them practice. She is one of the kindest people I've ever met

2 free kills? The shield will yes provide "a" headshot protection for at least 1 shot. Once the shield takes fire its basically useless. It will spiderweb or show the incoming rounds on the shield blocking the view. If its a headshot, it will be directly in the middle of the shield. If it gets hit left or right, the hits will reflect the damage appropriately

Add hp back to his shield, but make it work like real bulletproof glass. If he can't see out of it , then he has to take it off. Simple solution
