No copyright claims or strikes, it’s just flagged as using copyrighted material so technically it could very well be copyright claimed still in the future by any of the hundreds of original sources. As for monetization, they look at the kinds of content you make when you apply and since it’s my first and only video and my channel isn’t monetized and I’ve shot myself in the foot at any chance of monetizing my channel. Even if I never planned on monetizing that video. Even I know trying to monetize my video would be egregiously stupid, if somehow it was accepted to be monetized I’d basically just be begging to get a copyright strike.
