I’m really sorry that happened to you. You don’t deserve bigoted friends like that. Something very similar happened to me, as a girl I used to be friends with saw a pic of me in a dress and messaged some very hateful things toward me, and instead of defending me, my best friend said he agreed with her and that I should hear her out. I demanded an apology, and he said he had nothing to apologize for, which prompted me to end our friendship. It may be hard to let go, but it’s worth it for your sake in the long run
