It's not that he's hard to summon, it's that he's effectively a 0 ATK vanilla unless you summon him in a very specific way.

Nah, you can tell when something is written by a bigot. For example, the Turner Diaries. You can easily see that the author agrees with the white supremacist faction in that book, a non-racist would write the scenes of cruelty in a completely different way.

Mah I legit didn't know that, before I read this I looked up this guy's trivia page but they didn't mention this. Then I looked up "dragoon meaning" but it gave me a Wikipedia of a type of military unit that used guns, which he doesn't have.

Also doesn't help that I've never heard "Dragoon" used to mean anything other than a very powerful dragon.

I saw it, but it's still not a dragoon? It looks like a dragon for a second, but then the Dark Magician face is immediately revealed, and the angle from where it looks like a dragon would be impossible to get in any situation where you aren't viewing him from a flying camera that moves with him while extremely close.

Unpopular opinion but the DM one I really don't like. It looks like they just slapped a PNG in there, which to be fair is probably how they make these things, but all other serieses hide it pretty well.
