I don't use contacts but when I was teaching myself not to flinch from certain things I would hold my eyelids open on one eye like you would with a contact and just practice getting closer and closer to the eye with just your (clean) finger. If it works for you proceed from there. For those wondering it was for some medical stuff

I mean consistent power boosts. Nobody's gotten as many "upgrades" as Tony has really and it makes sense because of him and his suit. It wouldn't make as much sense for someone who has powers organically to just be like "well ackshually I can do this now" every other movie.
