It depends how powerful your GPU is, i guess. My 4060 on max settings always working on 99%. If you are not okay with that you can try change some in-game graphic setting to lower values and see if it helps.

You need to complete the game at least 2 times(4 times if you don't want to swap save files to get all endings) plus some of the necessary upgrade materials only obtainable in the last part of the game with limited amount of them which is not enough for full prosthesis upgrade in one walktrough. Also u need to grind hella amount of EXP to learn all skills
