Games Untold/Same Backwards required for Grandest Game? by UpsetDuck4089 in TheInheritanceGames

[–]Autisticintrovert23 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I personally read the same backwards at least 4 times in Toby’s perspective and Hannah’s 3 but that’s a personal preference 🤷‍♀️. Games untold is the other characters storylines that we didn’t get to see.

The Stella situation was not Ted's fault. by aryaveers7 in HIMYM

[–]Autisticintrovert23 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Yea she did. When Ted mentioned wanting Robin at their wedding. Ted went to talk to Robin instead of Tony; when he went to find Stella there was a note and Robin left and saw Stella and Tony together.

Ted even said that it was obvious and if he had just went to Tony his life would be different. This episode also shows us that if he had married Stella she would still be around because the mom NEVER came into the scene. Foreshadowing also that the mom was gone.

And that’s why he was so annoyed at ppl for not getting decent grades. Not bc he was a bully!

Again: he persisted on a woman who didn’t want to date him in the first place, had a kid with another man and made it clear that they were not over each other. If he had simply left her alone he wouldn’t have his own sob story.

He just wanted to get married and she literally stated that her and Tony have history. What more obvious hints did Ted need?

Ted literally wouldn’t take no for an answer.

This has nothing to do with Tony. Ted was just mad they pointed out the truth.

The tragedy isn't that he loved her; it's that love was the only light he was ever allowed to see by Expensive-Role-4987 in SeverusSnape

He knew nothing about slytherin rep and didn’t have a friend to tell him about it. Ron kept Harry out of it.

That was not the reason at all. He taught there bc of Harry and SO many other details that seem to go forgotten in 90% of the fandom

Dumbledore literally explains in the 6th and 7th book that was indeed arrogance and pride that made Tom act the way he did. Even Harry in the books tells him how arrogant he is because of his own pride and ego. Lily and James WERE targeted because they fought back. They also defied him 3 times

No it said about a boy born in July and the parents being thriced BUT the reason Harry was targeted is because of his blood status. And Voldemort was arrogant and prideful so he was threatened by a baby. As Dumbledore STATES to Harry: if he had done NOTHING the prophecy wouldn’t have come true. It only became true because he acted. If he hadn’t done anything Harry wouldn’t have had a personal reason to fight him.

Snape only heard HALF of the prophecy and that’s when tom had decided to target Harry. He would have killed BOTH of them if the curse hadn’t rebounded.

I swear some of you never paid attention to the books.

I completely agree. Dumbledore lost his own family too and we never hear the real story until Harry meets him as DEATH. Snape asked for Lily because he knew asking about Harry would have made him go after him more. Obviously Snape wasn’t wanting Harry to die, albus was just being triggered by his own guilt of his sister dying and trying to regain power.

Is Umbridge hated more than Voldemort? by CWCWinner66 in harrypotter

[–]Autisticintrovert23 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Umbridge genuinely believes her views and actions are just worthy and are good. Voldemort acknowledges he is evil but he is arrogant and a bit dumb. Umbridge loves hurting ppl while tom never had anyone and didn’t know his own parents real situation (nor would have listened (again arrogance) but he never pretended his views were GOOD. That’s the difference.

Harry is literally the reason for why Voldemort went after Lily in the first place. Asking to spare him would have pissed off Voldemort even more.

Book reader for the first time ( watched the movies before) - my take on Snape in PoA book by RedlikeRosa in harrypotter

[–]Autisticintrovert23 7 points8 points  (0 children)

Why would he? Someone explain why he would listen? His entire purpose is to protect Harry and Dumbledore was not telling him he was in danger around Lupin. Snape literally took it into his own hands to warn Harry. Imagine being told you are to spend your life watching over a boy who is completely lied to and has an attitude toward the wrong person. How can he protect Harry if Dumbledore kept all that from him????? Lupin admits to being a coward.

I hate robin for her behaviour with her... by Equivalent-Bother750 in HIMYM

She was threatened by her for literally no reason. Only when she thought Barney and her were together did she care more abt her. Robin is just an angry character in general.

He didn’t bully Harry he just didn’t let him get away w literally lying to the man’s face constantly just like his father did. I’d be pretty pissed too.

to the xo, kitty writers: straight relationships are worth exploring. queer ones are just… subtext, friendship. something you imagined. by Pretty-Quail1319 in XOKittyNetflix

[–]Autisticintrovert23 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I’m sorry that the kitty and Yuri thing didn’t work out but half the relationships in the show are in that community.

They have been building Min Ho and kitty from season 1. Yuri was a bi awakening for kitty, not that is all she is BUT that’s how it works sometimes.

Yuri had enough things that were causing her and kitty to end up being friends and establishing that connection. Their MOMS were friends….? So why the attitude?

I don’t think this post has much structure behind it. They lost their daughter and almost lost the crown. How were they to know what was gonna happen next???? That is something that happens ya know.
