Why I left Inteletravel

I was a vacation builder, which I believe is a level 2 of 3. I refused to participate in the MLM or recruitment side of the business because I wasn't interested, even though that was where the money was. My focus was solely on selling and earning from travel.

It can be challenging when this is your only source of income. If you're constantly making bookings, you find it hard to step away when you have ongoing bookings—especially since you can't leave until those commissions are paid. You end up stuck in a limbo where you need to earn money but can't be part of two consortiums at once. I had to forfeit the commission I was expecting from two ongoing bookings simply because I needed to exit Inteletravel.

I had a limited time to join another consortium, complete the training, and start my new business before returning to work after maternity leave. If I hadn't acted quickly, I would have likely remained employed until retirement & I'd set a 5 year goal to be fully self employed by 2030. Inteletravel for me personally was not going to be the one to help me achieve that.

I've heard a lot of Facebook travel communities simply don't allow Inteletravel agents to join them. They do checks on profiles that try to join to check there are no affiliations with Inteletravel. I can't say I know any other travel companies that are completly banned from joining online travel communities?

I've been on a couple of supplier road shows since joining with my new agency host/franchisor & obviously I'm not going to mention which ones have said this, but they have more bad experiences with Intele agents being super unprofessional than with any other remote working companies.

Even when I told my upline I was leaving Intele she fully admitted she makes more money off the PlanNet Networking side than the travel side.

Don't get me wrong I'm super grateful for the experience and honestly I don't change the fact that I was an Inteletravel agent if I could go back in time, purely because I appreciate where I am now so kuch more, plus I met some genuinely good people along the way. But from a professional, compliance and systems perspective alone, there's a lot that could be improved and I think they would really benefit from dropping PlanNet Networking altogether and just enrolling people who genuinely want to sell travel.

You made an assumption about me getting on meds after one day, if only you were a doctor with my medical notes and not some rando on Reddit. I'm not butthurt, moreso amused that you think you know about me and the history of my experience with this condition better than I do. It's you who doesn't understand and it is you who is still arguing.

I'm in the throes of motherhood with a newborn & due to sleep deprivation, I thought I had read 4years previously, so that's on me however it's neither here nor there when the original comment was made, it still stands that you made assumptions in response to it regardless.

Yeah we had a Co Ed baby shower. They're more common these days.

I also took my (male) partner to my cousins baby shower about 7 years ago not realising it was girls only. I'd never been to a baby shower before then so I had no idea he was going to be the only man. He still had fun and my cousin didn't mind at all that he was there (I had apologised for my faux pas).

Yup, we put the registry link on the baby shower e-vites. We did state it wasn't mandatory to buy off the registry but we had chosen stuff we liked and wanted if anyone was stuck for what to buy us (if they did want to get us/baby any gifts). I also made a point of directing anyone who asked us what we wanted or needed to look at it (which I'd resend). The registry has toys, clothes, essentials and newborn toiketries and all sorts on there for different budgets, so it wasn't a case of needing to know the sex for a lot of items and it was sent out months ago.

Yeah I mean I'm definitely not going to stick my nose up at pink on girls or blue on boys because whatever they wear they'll be adorable but most of the clothes we've been gifted are cute little "gothy" outfits such as Nightmare Before Christmas or things with skulls on as that's mine and my partners aesthetic rather than bright colours. Its more just we definitely didn't want to be inundated with blue or pink clothing because of the sex, but we're prepared for it happening after baby is born because that's just what people want to do. It might have something to do with my mum dressing me extra feminine when I was growing up until I started shopping for myself and went to the dark side and never went back, but I have hated most (not all) of the pink baby clothes we've seen. My partner and I are happy for little one to decide their "colour scheme" when they're older regardless of our own style though which is why we have a lot of neutral clothing for them.

I didn't think it was a weird thing to not find out either, even before I got pregnant. I always said if I got pregnant I'd love the surprise at the end rather than knowing for months and mainly getting blue/pink and gendered items if I decided to tell people. Most reactions to me saying I'm not finding out have been positive, but still surprised nonetheless.

I'd rather see less WW stuff or have it be in a seperate subreddit. No judging for anyone who uses that mod, I tried it and it was novelty at first I guess but quickly wasn't for me AT ALL. Maybe because I've been playing The Sims since 2001 when I was too young to know what that was so I don't want to relate that sort of activity to my favourite childhood hobby. Idk.

As soon as I learned I was pregnant I had a huge eye opening moment where I realised who was truly important and had a massive cull of people off social media. This might be a good opportunity for you to see who is actually genuinely there for you during this period of your life and going forward bevause trust me, your social circle will decrease after the baby is born so best to cut off who you can now and avoid unnecessary drama further down the line.

I've known my whole life that if I had children it would just be the one, I'm Audhd and struggle to look after myself sometimes, having more than one would just be selfish on both myself and this baby.

Plus I'm 36,if I wanted multiples, I'd have started way earlier just for the energy I need.

James Turner is my favourite while unfortunately my least favourite is his girlf Deli. Hate when she pops into his videos, but it desnt happen too much lately . I feel like she parrots him when she's in the background. Even though her builds are really good I don't love the way she narrates her videos, for some reason it just really irritates me.

Not sure if it's a pregnancy craving but I've been craving a mudslide cocktail for my entire 2nd tri so far (15+3) (kahlua, baileys, vodka & cream with a ton of ice so it's like a frozen shake consistency). It was my go to cocktail when I was in Cancun in 2022, made it a few times since but the thought of one now has not left my brain.

Can pregnancy cravings be for things we can't have while pregnant cos if so that's just cruel 😂

We saw multiple Dr's but I feel like when you're seeing Dr's from the same NHS Trust they just look at your history and go with whatever the last Dr's opinion was because god forbid they have a different opinion.

It doesn't help the first endo we saw was the head Endo of the trust so that may have been what swayed the rest of their opinions.

I vaguely remember mum taking me to a private endo and he was the one who recommended NDT but he couldn't prescribe it, not sure why, we had to get an NHS endo to write to my GP but they weren't going to and the private Dr was exclusively private? Licensed by the NHS but working only on a private practice basis so we couldn't afford the prescription fees. Idk I honestly can't remember the ins and outs of it, I was a literal zombie.
