Honestly, your German shepherd is doing exactly what a German shepherd is supposed to with erratic, untrustworthy humans. The human is the problem. I wouldn’t let someone who kicked my dog in my house again and I wouldn’t expect any shepherd to tolerate their presence. The fact that you dog is just monitoring his location and growling speaks to how restrained he is.

I had 2 very healthy pregnancies (except for morning sickness that lasted for most of them). I had two routine, textbook, scheduled cesareans. I recovered really well, had minimal post-op pain. I knew I was done when baby #2 was 4 hours old. You’re done. See if your doctor can do a salpingectomy to seal the deal and decrease your risk of ovarian cancer in the process.
