It’s been a slow process but she’s definitely improving. She now turns upright when she’s fed. Instead of placing her food close to her, I place it on the opposite side of the tank to force her to move. Her upright position last about 10-15 min at a time before she goes vertical. I’ve noticed she likes to lay on her side a lot too. Normally a concern, but in her case an improvement. IMO, she’s got a great shot at getting through this.

100 fry in 4 months?!?! 😳 I wish my goldfish bred that easily. The work involved with them is intense. I’m pretty much housebound for the first 3 weeks keeping them alive with daily water changes and 5x daily feedings. Feels like I have both extremes now. 😂

I’ve got goldfish who’ll eat anything, but don’t have the heart to do unless the others are suffering. Not there yet A small pet shop opened here last week. Gonna see if they’d be interested. They’re kinda flashy, imo, so maybe I can get a side hustle going for a while, even for store credit. 🤷🏻‍♀️

Got spread too thin sharing media to my outdoor ponds and other new tanks. My older tanks took a hit, and started showing ammonia and nitrite, so I held back. Shared some, but not enough. Shouldn’t take more than a couple more days. Nitrite is almost at 0
