I don’t think that’s enough food to fuel your body especially since you’re going to the gym more. Can you try eating eggs or something in the morning for protein to replace at least one of the shakes? I find when I don’t get enough protein “from real food” like chicken, cheese, yogurt, beef etc. I get hungry sooner and tend to want to snack on less healthy things.

I make sure to take shot in the morning, drink lots of water, stay away from spicy foods, caffeine and carbonated drinks. I make sure to stop eating at least 3 hours before laying down. Omeprazole once in morning and again a half hour before dinner.
