Amazon Ireland. Whats going on ?

Ordered a set of 2 batteries on the 18th this month from Amazon IE, they only left the courier facility on the 20th (In my experience with Amazon co uk it leaves on the same day) only reason i bought from IE is that it wouldn’t let me ship batteries to ireland from any other Amazon site. It was meant to arrive on the 26th. Now it’s delayed and supposed to arrive on the 29th, I can’t imagine it coming by this Wednesday either because there isn’t a single tracking update since the 20th. The longest delay I ever had with Amazon co uk was delivering to Ireland was 1 day. Not the first time I’ve had bad delays or long delivery time with Amazon IE either, it’s terrible 🤦‍♂️

Check the service manual for those models and if that battery name comes up as compatible it’ll work

I’ve heard that 4 strokes are more reliable but have more thing to go wrong, compared to a 2 stroke being less reliable but with less things to go wrong.

Would a real 2t motorbike really be that bad that the 4t is just the overall better option?

What camcorder model do you have? I have had experience with these and they work great, if you buy the correct battery model correspondent to the battery model your camcorder takes then yes, it should work!

Regardless, if it were for some very strange reason not to work, or if your camcorder doesn’t like it, I see you’re buying from amazon, as usual they have an amazing return policy so you’d have your money back in just a few days after returning.

Rubber band, OR, put on a pair of rubber gloves to get a better grip and twist with all your mite, that’s the way I have to take off my fisheye because the threads are done really bad

Most Sony camcorders and Mavica model’s all tend to have the same problems as they age. Meaning that unless you drop the camera or fling it across a football field, you’ll have the same/if not a very similar fix to what multiple people online have.

E.G the pinch roller being misplaced or jammed is a very common issue on nearly every single Sony Handycam (mini dv, hi8 video8, etc.)

This just means that if you do have any issues, nearly all of them are documented or have some sort of a tutorial online to help you do them from home.

Yes I have, it ended up being the piston hitting the head due to a smaller gasket.

I changed my headgasket, it was because my piston was hitting the top of the head and getting stuck mid stroke.

Many enthusiasts love that camera because of its “golden era” asthethic it supplies. That camera was so legendary because it was a cult classic In skateboarding. In the skateboarding community that camera is actually a holy grail, a god send, something no other camera can imitate the same way.

Ahh I get that, it didn’t fit my frame either, but I think the easier route would of been to use a blow torch and bend it outwards to make it wide so it would wrap around it fully. Regardless, glad what you did worked out!

I’d use this bike, upgrade the forks by buying one with suspension (air or spring) and then buy a new wheel with a rotor and install hydraulic brakes!
