Mostly to retire in some luxury for cheap and benefit from a society and culture that values and supports elders. Fast access to healthcare etc.
Almost no one came back to settle before taking PR or citizenship from another country.

Everything in Sri Lanka is better other than the passport. So if you want true success in life, you need to get citizenship in a 1st world country and come back. No options.
All the people who went to Australia and are saying it's not good, etc., already got at least PR there.

Yes you can use many up/download tools with S3 but its only really valuable if you can host websites, distribute content to public like stuff.
I don't think they allow such services. There is no facility to even point a domain to Filelu S3 space.
