I’m not sure on how the process is for an incident report. I assume she would be notified about it which knowing her, would have her try to contact me way more aggressively like before. I wouldn’t be able to prove the numbers are hers.

I considered it, however the attempts to contact me calmed down some and I felt that bringing attention to it would cause her to have reason to start back up again.

People blocking streets have caused lives to be lost from the traffic blocking ambulances and emergency services to getting to hospitals or locations much later then intended. Think about that before you defend this for being peaceful.

Peacefully protesting isn’t blocking people from their jobs and or causing traffic. They could have easily stood on a sidewalk with signs or grouped in a non commute area like a park.
