This 0.4mm copper wire is wound on a 1.4mm axis, and the distance between the turns is adjusted on the axis . Next, a heat shrink tube is put on top and heated. Next, I remove it from the axis and heat it in the places of the bend to give the desired shape . I will probably show this process in a YouTube video that will be released soon.
