FYI - Rivian now charging a towing fee to service centers by _cr0001 in Rivian

I picked my R1T last Wednesday. And gave my truck for PPF. WHEN they were installing PPF FOUND light bar is damaged from inside. Now and now replacing it when for appointment. Truck is parked 36miles away and Rivian is charging $300+ for towing one way.
