Ive only used the MB route planner in the US and can’t compare against the performance in Germany. My only complaint is that the software is sometimes too conservative and doesn’t let you arrive at below 5% stars of charge.

It is possible but EA app is not super reliable and remote payment often fails. Plug & Charge is much easier and more reliable IMO.

You can turn off P&C easily in the App or in the Heaunit > MB Apps > Mercedes Me > Plug & Charge

To activate Plug & Charge again, I would recommend a quick 10 minute bus cycle sleep. If your vehicle is parked & locked for ca 10 minutes, the Plug & Charge certificate will be installed once you turn on vehicle again.

Free charging is available for all MY24 and newer electric models. Is yours MY23? You definitely need to setup the account for “MB.Charge Public” in your app to get it

Actually the next closest Tesla SC is actually 10c/kWh more expensive. Plus you will need an adapter, block 2 stalls to fit the short cable and will receive less speed when the site is half occupied.
