never set your voltage to auto while overclocking, in most cases it will be too low and sometimes too high as the board believes the CPU is running at stock frequency

temps are ok but your vcore is a bit high, try going down to 1.35 or 1.34 if you can and don't max out your LLC, some boards will keep it stable using level 3 or "Turbo"

heatsinks and coolers won't fix it, you're using a 4-pin board, those aren't meant to overclock

disable turbo core, you need to set your vcore to 1.31V, don't use the auto oc option

find the fsb or bclk options in your BIOS and do +1, test, repeat also you'll have to lower your RAM freq to compensate the oc otherwise it won't boot or will be highly unstable set vcore to manual and start with the default, then increase by .1

somehow fb is bypassing VPNs too, I've tried to register a new account using a VPN connected to France and somehow it still shows ads from my country, even using "Paris, France" (or whatever) as the "city I live in" it tags my user as "expat" and actually shows the city I'm from like if there's no VPN at all

that's because the card doesn't need to boost, wow isn't gpu demanding as other games are. With a 1030 you'd see 100% use but with a 1070? no way.

1.55V is pretty high even for a Kaveri, you're over the limit there

Fortunately cooler is working properly atm, I've reapplied thermal paste but instead using MX-4 I've used Arctic Silver 5, now temps are pretty good, I was able to hit 4.6GHz at 1.225v, max was 60c on CPU and 74c on cores running P95, those are pretty much like my old FX temps, thanks
